You are welcome to read it, share it and get in touch. Please do not try to break into it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send anything unlawful our way.

The live previews

Several pages embed real, running client sites in a frame. Those sites belong to the businesses that own them, not to us, and the content inside them is theirs. They are shown with permission as proof the work exists. If you are one of those clients and want a preview removed, email us and it comes down the same day.

What is ours

The writing, layout, design and code of this website belong to Orca Devs. The client project names and logos mentioned belong to those clients.

What you own

For project work, the position is the one stated throughout this site: you own the software we build for you, along with the hosting accounts, the domain and the keys, from day one. The specifics for your project live in your written scope.

Quotes and estimates

The build times shown in the system builder are rough ranges to help you plan. They are not a quote and not a commitment. A real price and timeline only exists once we have talked about your shop and put it in writing.

No guarantees on the site itself

We keep this site accurate, but it is provided as-is. The embedded previews depend on third-party hosting and may be slow or unavailable at times. We are not liable for any loss arising from relying on the website alone. Anything we are contractually responsible for is set out in your project agreement.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
