What we do with your details.
Short version: we only ever hold what you send us so we can write back. We do not sell it, we do not track you around the internet, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are
Orca Devs is a two-person software studio based in New Delhi, India. For anything on this page you can reach us at orca.devss@gmail.com.
What we collect
You give us this yourself, by filling in the contact form or emailing us:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it — this field is optional
- Your email address, because that is how you send the message
- What you told us about your shop and what is going wrong
- Which parts you ticked in the system builder, if you used it
The contact form does not send anything to us on its own. It opens a draft in your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you press send. No third-party form service sits in between.
What we do not collect
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
- No analytics profile of you as an individual
- No payment details — we never take card details through this site
- Nothing about you is sold or rented to anyone, ever
Why we hold it
Only to reply to you, to work out what building your system would involve, and to keep a record of what we agreed if you become a client. That is the whole list.
Who else can see it
Your message sits in our email inbox, which is hosted by our email provider. This website is hosted on Vercel, and the live previews on the work pages load pages from Cloudflare. Those providers may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, as any web host does. We do not pass your details to anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
If you enquire and we do not end up working together, we delete the thread within twelve months. If you become a client, we keep the project correspondence for as long as we support your system, plus the period we are required to keep business records under Indian law.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email orca.devss@gmail.com and we will action it within thirty days. There is nothing to pay and you do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date at the top.
